Delete your account

You can delete your PALOFIT account and all related data at any time. The easiest way is from inside the app — if you can't access it, you can also request deletion by email.

From the app

Open PALOFIT, go to Settings → My info → Delete account and confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

Open the Settings tab
Choose My info
Tap Delete account and confirm

By email

If you can't access the app, send a deletion request to hello@palofit.io from the email address associated with your account. We'll process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Account basics (email, display name, language), your training program and history, your feedback, and any values we've stored from Apple Health or Health Connect. Active data is removed immediately and backups within 30 days. Statutory retention obligations (e.g. Finnish bookkeeping law for subscription payments) may extend financial records — these are no longer linked to you as identifiable user data.
