  • Manage your subscription

    Subscription, free trial and cancellation are handled in the App Store or Google Play. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS), or Google Play → Account → Subscriptions (Android). Any refunds are handled directly through Apple or Google.

  • Account and data

    You can delete your account in the app: Settings → My info → Delete account. If you want to access, transfer or delete your data, contact us by email — we process requests within 30 days.

  • Training and program help

    Exercise swaps, changing training days and program tuning are explained in the in-app FAQ: Settings → FAQ. If you can't find an answer, send the details by email.

  • Report a bug or issue

    Tell us what you tried to do, what happened, and on which device (iOS/Android + app version). Settings → About shows the version. Attach a screenshot if you can — it speeds things up a lot.
